URGENT: Transimission Trouble

ok I finally found a way to get my car up on jackstands, I have everything disconnected, I 'm still on a slight incline and I cannot get the transmission out of the trans am, my father and I pulled for a half hour tried different angles with the 3 ton floor jack and two people pulling at one time cant get it to budge! I've pulled transmissions at school but it was always on a lift of on a stand and never when I only have maybe a foot at the most of space to work in. I cannot get this thing to budge. Any ideas?

Well if its a m6 then make sure you have all of the top bolts out. If it is a m6 are you pulling just the trans or trying to pull the trans and bellhousing as one? Oh and use a pry bar to help. Here is my cell 5082698124. Give me a shout if ya want and maybe I can walk you through it

just the trans from the bellhousing and I don't want to mess up the bellhousing with a prybar when I have NO gap to work with. And it's a t56.

But ther are a couple spots for a pry bar to help shim it back. If ya want give me a shout

did you get ALLLLL 8 bolts out? there is one up top that is very hard to see let alone get out on your back, and there are 2 steel dowels that align the tranny to the bell housing. they tend to get FROZEN in there. facing the y pipe on the drivers side there is a small indent in the tranny case good enough size for a 1/2 flat head screwdriver to fit. tap it into that opening with a small hammer. and then on the other side there is a similar in a slightly downward angle. use a pry bar on that side. AS LONG AS ALL THE BOLTS ARE OUT! you wont crack or damage the bell housing with moderate force prying it apart.

I got seven out and there is an empty hole at the very top towards the passengers side
