three years ago a guy put a down payment on a dirt bike that I had (sold it for 120 he put down 40) with the understanding that he was going to pay the rest with in 2 months. I called the guy about 6-7 times over the next 2 years to tell him he needs to come get the fucking thing. he never comes and gets it. so last month I traded it to my cuz for a cored of wood. now about 10 minutes ago the guy calls me up wondering if he can come get the bike. I told him that i traded it for the wood and he said I need to give him his money back. I told him he isnt getting his money back because he tied the dam thing up on me for 3 years and then he blew up on me. SO should I give his money back or tell him to go pound shit.

is anything is writing?? tell him to get lost, that the had 2 months to come up with the money and all of a sudden he waits until years later.

either way if its in writing or not..if it was then he broke the contract by not paying with in the agreed time..if its not in writing then fuck him cant expect to wait three years to buy something

i had that happen with a snowmobile, guy gave me 500 bucks for it, never came to pick it up, i resold it for 500 a while later
