ZL1s on the Pike
Saw two different red ZL1 Camaros at two different shows on the Berlin Turnpike in Connecticut tonight. Nice looking cars, just subtle touches differentiate them from a regular 5th gen but cool nonetheless. I talked to the owner of the one with the chrome wheels at the first show, he was talking about how rare they were and how few there were in Connecticut, then later he showed up at the other show only to find another red ZL1. He drove right by it and then left! LOL

Nice pics! If he saw you near the other one, he must have been pretty embarrassed.

Sunroof is a no go from me. Ttops or hardtop.

there aren't that many in the state as of now but that will change in the next year. you're only unique until someone else buys the same shit, but still rare.
how'd it sound? |
I seen the one with the black wheels about 2 months ago, the guy that owned it just got it 24hrs earlier. The car sounded good.

The show I went to on the 26th of august had 6 ZL1's there! Even Scott Settlemire was there to talk about the cars.

Yeah they sound great in person, not "loud" but definitely louder than a 5th gen SS. Funny thing, I just saw another one today in the middle of nowhere up in New Hampshire, a black one. Three in two days!

at the corvette museum i entered to win a blue one. they are pretty cool. make a lot of power.

I love the red with black wheels. One day... or I'll just get a 2010 SS and put a ZL1 bumper on it haha.
