i hate my car.
 

I've really just been fed up with my car lately. Nothing has been going right with it thus far. The cars been running like ass, I got in a car accident and just had to spend money fixing stuff I just fixed and not only that but the paint was waaay too dark. Now half my fucking exhaust fell off.

What the fuck! I can't handle this shit for much longer and I know there isn't a huge market for the LT1 cars. Idk if I should sell it, especially with summer right around the corner. If I fix my exhaust and power steering I can't see getting more than 4k for my car.

I really want a 6speed car but I don't want to run into the same problems as mine either.

Keep it and fix it, you'll never get close to what you want for it.

Running like shit cause it needs some tlc or you need to data log it to see whats going on with it?

been there man keep at it when its running good and looking good you will feel way better. if you really want a 6 speed id say strip it back to stock and sell it. 4k wouldnt be bad for it...

I need to take the car off the road to do all this work at my own pace and get it to where I want it but I dont have the money for another car.

I would "like" to:
Fix my power steering
Get the car running mint
Install all new exhaust
Replace the major suspension components
Repaint the nose/get a new hood
Get a CME.

Reality says:
Fix power steering
Fix exhaust

Even then I just feel like something else is gonna go wrong. I need a car i can depend on right now to drive everyday.

I been there man. Almost sold mine within the first 6 months of owning her. Kept having issues of a power drain, car dying out on me at random times, assholes backing into the car because I have to park on the street, etc. Kind of a good thing my 45 is locked up at times because I have been known to have a "temper" issue lol.

Figured out the issues, had Don fix the cutting out issue, fp relay underhood contacts, and the car is happier as am I. Just saying it takes time, it will be worth it in the end.

sell it, $3-4k spend a little more and buy an LS1!

Good luck getting 3-4 k for it. There's people out there asking that but they don't sell for that. Honestly you'd be lucky to see 2,500. Especially being an auto. Be prepared to fix it and keep it, or get ready to take a bath on it.
