Use good oil and never/ever let the oil go below full. Fill it and then dump 1/2 quart more. They love wiping out rod bearings.

Good advice. I have all service records since the car was new. Has only had Mobil 1. Also just had the rear diff fluid done less than 1k miles ago with torqo. Car has been very well documented and serviced. So 6qts or 6.5? Also has a jamsbiz catch can on it too. Says that it catches a little bit between oil changes.

Id say take the pinstripe off but usually suprises show up after you take then off

Already started taking it off. I am getting it ready for a full compound and polish. Just picked up some Menzerna FG400 compound. This thing will look like glass just like my SS did.
