That's terrible! Hopefully the cops catch whoever did this.

The news article said "residents have been temporarily displaced". Are you going to be able to get back into your condo?

What was the mileage on the Camaro? I would think the value is dependent on the mileage. If you have receipts, especially on the new engine, that would help. If you don't have receipts, maybe the place you got the engine from could get you a new receipt.

I am living in hotel right now and 2 months before I can get back in.. That drive line which was brand new has had 104,000

My best guess is that without substantial receipts, the insurance company will offer $4,000 +/- $1,000.

Other guys here know 3rd gens much better than I do so maybe they will have a different opinion though.
