If I get pulled over an the cop has his gun out behind his door. Earplugs or not. My friend loosing control of his ride or not, my ass is putting my hands high in the air. Ive been in the situation before. Its an automatic thing. Sirens, cops, gun=hands in the air. He looked at the cop and looked away. Yes the order should have been repeated but the cop has to ensure his protection too. Any of you would too.
