I asked around a little while ago elsewhere about machine shops and got a few names to try.
Bessette motor works, was told they can do pretty much anything by a fellow racer.
Mid-Cape Machine does decent work, not sure if they can do guides though close to you though.

yeah mid cape machine is who I usually use, not saying nothing bad about them in my earlier post. they've always done great work for me and Paul is the man. where is Bessette motors located? and thanks for the reply!
