See I've always had good experiences with PCMforless, and my experience stems from 11 years worth of tunes. I've had at least 5 or 6 re-tunes from them, and had Bryan himself tune the car on the dyno, who got the numbers in my sig.
I dunno, I guess some people are just unlucky? :\
