Went to Cecil on the 14th as most of you know & things I learned.
My bone stock 159K mile LT1 is severely under powered as it couldn't even cut me 2.0's on the Nitto's I borrowed from Pizza, thanks again.
The car was bogging, not spinning off the line & when it shifted I could tell by the shift it just doesn't make enough power with good traction.
I tried the brake to gas launch like Don told me back in June at Camaro/Firebird day, brake & gas holding at 1K, 1200, 1500 & 1800 RPM & still never got my 60’s below 2.0 ’s, with a 14.2 ET @ 97 MPH.
At least I was consistent.
Launching pics:

Pic #3 is my favorite launch & it seems the car launched & hooked fairly well.
Here's some videos I took with my 3GS iphone mounted up high in the driver side windsheild.
Here's me losing to 2 of my pals with 10 second FWD Omni's.
Yes, you read right, 10 second FWD 2.2 L Omni's.
Here 2 of me from different views with the black Omni:
Here's one of me losing to a 10 second newer Mustang:
Yes, I lost in every video I posted, but I had fun racing & hanging with my pals.
And here's the biggest loss of the day.
Instead of telling, just watch it & see how fast the LS1 Trans Am went:
Time to add a few more ponies to it I guess.
