When I researched mail order tunes I found MadZ28 seemed to have the most happy customers. Keep in mind it can be hit or miss though, they are tuning the car blind, if you have a bad MAF sensor/bad O2 sensors/vacuum leak/false knock etc etc etc they have no way of knowing that.
