Hiring an attorney can be wicked expensive and averages $200 to $300 per hour. For $300 an hour they will listen to your problems all day long. The end result usually ends up being that the only people to make out great are the attorneys. If Don has a friend or family friend willing to help out, that would be a different story.
Don might want to find a boilerplate on-line that discusses copyright infringement and then send it to the alleged douche and say that if certain pictures are not removed within a specified time period an attorney will be retained. All correspondence should be documented preparing for a possible court case.
