Yeah it's crazy man. My dad ran the recon department at Central Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Norwood for 26 years and I worked with him a few summers when I was in high school and I definitely saw that. A GOOD detail takes some time, but dealers aren't patient lol. That's why my dad opened up his own company so he can take his time and do the job right.
