They can be but they're cool for the most part. I'd advise not sticking your finger in their beak though lol.
Yeah the other one's a plucker. He came from hard times and plucked all his feathers out before he came to live with us. We've been working with him. It sometimes never stops though once they start if they've been doing it for too long. Just becomes habit. He's full of personality though.
We love them. They're awesome birds. The one on the left is my buddy. He comes with me to the garage almost every day
