Right now it has 10.36 acres. The rest of the land is up for sale. A developer that used to be a Hartford Whaler from 1974 to 1977 owns that land now but he is trying to sell it. There was a Right of First Refusal between the two properties, but I talked to him a few times and we came to an agreement on cancelling it.
I am definitely going to try to make it look like the pic.
Closing is set for Tuesday.
