890 million to build the line, seems like a waste of $ to me?

Also if the new vette has the ass end in that photo they can keep it.

That is an odd looking back side, I wonder if that's the final design. Engine sounds pretty cool though. Just imagine a factory low 12 second car that gets 30+ mpg.

Considering it will be in every car and truck that has a V8 like it's Gen III and IV siblings, not to mention the aftermarket/crate engine deals, I'm guessing they will make that money back and alot more. I think the LS1 cost damn near as much if not more to make.

Yep, they said sideswipe from the 2nd transformers was a next gen vette. Looks about right from that angle.
