Default Few pics of my work. Enjoy!!!

Figured since most of you guys have no idea really what I do, here is just a small piece of it.

This is one of 18 camera/radar poles on the Jacksonville/I295/I95 Job. Each pole on this job is fed with 480v and then the transformer reduces it down to 120/240 to run the devices in the cabinet and the cameras/radar. My boss and I do all the wiring on all the poles and main service feeds. The little box on the upper right hand side is a surge arrestor. Pretty cool stuff.

My boss had me wiring up the dissconnects (what you see here) today.

480/277 is the same shit really. Just like 120/240, its just in how it gets wired up. 277/480 really is Brown, Orange, Yellow. BOY for short....

Now the other job down here in Stuart that we have been working on is 600v. Now that will melt the shit outta ya

Dont mind the ugly ass heat shrink boots eaither. Our superintendant is making us do it that way, instead of using the polaris taps. Just trying to save money I guess. Ehh

Well my father-in-laws friend is one of the higher ups in the branch that I work at. And the job in Stuart they were getting ready to higher the wire pulling crew/electrical crew. So they hired me and my boss. I am just a skilled laborer technically but things have been going good, so we shall see how things go in the future. My boss is really a knowlegable person and a master electrician, so Ive been learning alot.
