Default Rearended on Wednesday!

Been busy so never got a chance to really post this up. But on Wednesday on my way to work in the Camaro (after putting my friggen CME tips and valence on last week) just cruisin along with windows down screw the AC its too nice out let me listen to some good ole Alice in Chains the usual for me since they're prob my most liked band, I drive by the construction zone in my town of Methuen where the dumbass guy flipped the Haffeners oil tank truck over and fucked up the newly paved and constructed bridge and intersection on 28 crossing 213. So boom light turns yellow for me I apply brake pressure, light then turns red and I come to a stop behind the white painted stop line. As soon as I stop forward motion I hear a lil screech and BAMMMMMM!!!! fuckin launched not a car length, but an F-Body length INTO the intersection where the first green light go-er from the other side of the intersection had to swerve around me. I'n my head I'm saying (oh fuckkkk are you kidding me my fuckin CME tips and valence my fuckin bumper must be trashed spoiler this was a hard hit). I get out and its a fuckin 2000 Toyota Sienna driven by a crazed out mom in a rush with her screaming kids in the backseat from New Hampshire. I'm like "Are you fucking kidding me!? you just launched my car into the intersection!!! How fast were you going don't you see brake lights and a red light!!!" "I'm sorry I thought you were going through the light so I was gonna go with you." "WHAT!? Ma'am, a yellow light means slow down and safley come to a stop, not punch it and zip through before it turns red and have the car behind you follow you." So then I look and oh my fuckin beefy ass American car there is like no damage. Upon further inspection I observed that the bumper was hanging down a little bit at the top edge where it meets the berger panel and tail lights, there was an M&M sized nick in the paint under my liscense plate, the CME tips got pushed back in about a half inch from the flush mount

Yeah, if you're not at fault I wouldn't try to cheap out, or get money out of it. Just bring it to a good shop and tell them to make it perfect.

Yup... Been there done that... It never comes out good for you... If it was a friend, I'd look at fixing it on the down low...

The soccer mom that rear ended me a while back flirted with the cop and got him to say there was no damage and refuse to file a report... NOW: spider webbed paint which took 3 months to finally crack

BUT Screw that... For SOME DUMB Soccer MOM, acting AS THOUGH SHE WAS ENTITLED TO GO THROUGH THE LIGHT, NOPE NO WAY!!

Get it fixed properly and let her suffer for not following the rules.... That's the price for doing stupid shit!!

Go thru the insurance man. Its not like your at fault. You did call a cop right? You need a police report to file claim with her company unless she calls in herself and says its her fault(which by the sound of it she wont do). Get it done right FUCK HER!!!!
