Shipping advice needed

Ok, got a couple bites on the leftover corvette parts I have for sale but need some advice on the best way to get them shipped.

One is a c5 vette torque tube. It's long but not that heavy.

The other is the transaxle from the vette. This one is heavy.

Any advice, want them gone but starting to think shipping may kill my sales.

How long is the tube and how much does the transaxle weigh? When I sell stuff I never offer to pay shipping in the price.

I generally don't either but all the offers I keep getting are will you take xx amount shipped?
Tube has to be around 5 ft long and the trans must be around 100 lbs.

Bus companies are OK but it takes forever to get there and the buyer would have to drive to a terminal. Fed-Ex will probably be your best bet for the tube, you can ask USPS but I think it will be too long, last I heard DHL took items up to 150# and they had some great rates on heavier items.

R+L will give you a free quote. reasonable. and all you have to do is strap the shit down to a pallet and they come pick it up and drop it off. my hood from door to door was i think 90 bux and the box was HUGE! not too heavy but still BIG non the less.

You can go to the USPS website and punch in the size and weight to see if they can handle it and get a price.

ups will take up to 150 pounds and up to 100 inches i think
