Default Brakes opinion.

This Sunday I just grabbed a complete LS1 front brake swap off Pizza's TA. I'd like to get pads and rotors for them and paint up the whole setup with nice shiny zinc plated rotors. But I found sets for sale on craigslist. One is just Powerstop slotted zinc plated rotors for 120, and the other is a set of both powerstop blank rotors and powerstop ceramic pads for 150. Should I go with the slotted and buy some cheap pads or just get the whole shabang for 150 and be all set? I like how the slotted look over the blanks thats about all, but they wear the pads down faster. Whats your opinion?
