Got a stang on the street

Ok so this new guy moved in a few houses down a few weeks ago. And tonight he pulled a stang in. It looks like a 94-98 shitstang or so. So for shits and giggles and go down the street to check it out. he keeps revving it up then walking over the bumper and adjusting it and popping the hood then closing it again and again. I get to talking to him and he tells me that its an 850 hp car with a ford 502 running 26 lbs of boost and has been sitting for three years. And runs 8s at the track with a stock seat belt set up and half cage on a convertible with 60 lbs injectors because he can't find any that are big enough for his car. He also said he boosts the pressure to 32psi sometimes and runs 980hp atw. This car sounds totally stock you can't hear any cam or anything it sounds like a mustang and nothing more than an exhaust that sounded a little cleaner than a normal mustang even....I guess it is true what they say about mustang guys compensating and I call bs
