Default Outer Tie Rod

Been noticing a lot of noise from my Passenger wheel and noticed I need to replace my outer tie rod which I've never done before lol but from write-ups etc seems easy enough. Anything against throwing a refurbished part in there temporarily until i can redo the whole front end ? Supposedly its a refurbished Moog part, Part# RES3238RL. I plan on buying an entire K-member setup with upper and lowers etc the whole shabang so why waste money now. Or maybe I'm wrong. Throwing myself to the wolves I suppose. Either way I'll be throwing it on this weekend... Any tips are welcome It can't be any worse than the one I have on the car now.
