Im not sure....in theory I think it would affect flow, cant say for sure, all I can say is I can gurantee you that it flows alot better than the factory "donkey dong" with a k&n on the end lol leaving bass pro last night I spun first, AND most of second on 295's, which ive never had happen in my car from a launch. FYI I can spin my 275 KDWIIs right through 2nd when they're cold and they hook at 3500 RPMs into 2nd when hot.... But they pretty much hook immediately if I leave @ around 2500 in 1st...
