But then i took it on the highway and ran through third and a little bit of fourth and it just didn't pull as hard as i expected. He said he ran a 13.2@105 before the cam so its a pretty quick car.

Sounds about for a bolt on car running low 13s, prob high-mid 12s with the cam.
