hit the 500 mile marker tonight and beat it like a read headed step child, these gears really woke this car up, it was fast even with 2.73s but it hammers now. 15mph punch tires still burning when the car hits 2nd. she needs to get a pair of welds and 27" QTPs and see what it does at the track. 80mph in od @ 2650rpm cruising with the 275 40 17s. holeshot is much stronger, gets into the power quicker and stays there. next step YANK

I would think that 3.73's wouldn't be enough.. On a 6spd rather.

if you can run 27 tall tires and your car runs 10.5 at 127ish. 4.10's wont get you to there. again it all depends on what your trying to achieve.

I personally do not like my 3.73's with the auto.Wish I did a 3.50. Cruising at 2.8k rpm doing 80mph is not fun for me.

Exactly why I want 3.42's. I do too much highway driving for that sort of cruising RPM.
