Idk man, how much of a hassle would it be for you to go back to MAF?

Should take 5-10 minutes to tune in and it will correct better.

I know it will correct better for different temperature and altitude conditions but it won't give me any more power... I feel like I'm the only person in the world that has put the LS6 manifold on their car and lost power, and it's really frustrating because I thought I would finally be over 400 whp

1 get a maf 2 get another tuner cause your tuner should be able to see what's going on. Or 3 your cam is off a couple degrees

Try knocking the timing down. From the tunes I've seen from the shop your ussing he always runs too much timing.

More timing never means more power.

then obviously nothings wrong if you timed it perfectly and your tune is spot on.
