I know it's a Toyota Starlet. Probably has a Mazda rotary in it. I saw one run 12's at NED years ago.

and mike i was wrong did some more reseach on the car he didnt like the auto so it has the trans from a BMW 325 IN it now

Its a gen one swift with a rwd conversion puting down over 320 rear wheel horse. he had a 1.3 g13b motor in it with a turbo but is running a camed 5.3 in it now I think. 1428 pounds
