From what I read the way to check it is to unplug the clock spring and see if the problem goes away. Here's two little plugs on the bottom after you take the plastic off the column. Unplug them and see what happens.
If that doesn't work try pulling the horn relay out of the fuse box under the hood. The horn circuit can cause it too lol.

Of course, none of those were our issue. And after I learned just how ass backwards it's wired I threw up my hands and gave up. Now I just unplug the ecu for a while to let it reset. Runs great until it relearns itself. Then I runs like poo again. Usually gets me at least an hour of driving though lol.

why not just go 4.8 than supper cheap and has enough power

Cause for an extra few hundred bucks I can have more cubes. Not trying to build low power, just the most reliable power. Can only 6.0 should be dead nuts reliable and have plenty of oats for the jeep.

And alex, it's a lifted jeep. Fuel economy doesn't factor in anywhere. Gas prices be damned lol.
