my SS3600 drives pretty good. Didn't you drive it b4 alex? and even if your "dead hooking" there is still lots to be gained in a 60ft. suspension and weight can lower a 60ft even if ur already dead hooking. i have ran a best of 1.67 60ft and i want to be in the 1.5x range.

I'm not big on weight reduction, I know it helps a ton but most of the stuff in the car is stuff I want there. It's only 3,450 so not a pig for an F Body. And yeah you car felt great just driving normally but I didn't really get on it. I just don't know if it would make more sense for me and what I do with the car to get a converter or just go M6.

Converter. Wayyyy cheaper. And it won't slow the car down. And if tuned right the a4 will be just as much fun if not more fun then m6. Kinda wish I went a4.....

Why would a stick slow the car down? More power to the ground. And can I really trust my stock 98,000 mile 4L60E behind a higher stall converter?

Ummm unless it's a full drag car m6 is better in everyway. I get bored with Meg's car mine is fun to play with

I hate driving my car sometimes. Stupid cam. Auto would be so much nicer. Be able to just cruise. And traffic wouldn't suckkkkkkkk. M6's have there down fall. And alex if you go stick I bet you lose .3 in the quarter. And gain maybe 2 mph. And if you stalled it and it was tuned right the stall will have no ill effect on the trannies condition. For the most part. And stall will pick up a few tenth if not more. If you care? If non if that matters and you just want fun then swap m6. I might even work a trade........

Yeah I really don't care about 1/4 mile times I care about a fun driving experience, which is why I feel like an M6 makes more sense. Especially on my car, basically all stock so no cam surge, and no need for a leg buster clutch.
