It is a good deal. It wouldve been an awesome deal if he only had to do them once. Kooks fit the first time so I'd say the trouble he's going through is worth the extra coin. Maybe that's just me though.

Thanks for understanding Mike. and fuck I'm still waiting for my new set don't even know if he sent them out yet but I tracked the ones I sent back yesterday and it said they were delivered. Just doing the usual wait forever for him to respond now.... I just hope I get them this week and get them on get the exhaust connected get it registered and drive the fuckin thing this weekend but I'm not lucky enough and this header bs is either A. they're not going to come till next week or B. I'm gonna get the new set this week but they're gonna have the same issues the last ones did and if so like I said I'll re-angle the tips and post a thread on ls1tech about my horrible experience. I don't think the guy understands that the headers he sent me are a massive roadblock and I can't even drive my fuckin car and summer has already started.

Rant over and just an update on my life I've been doing more stuff around the house fixing shit throwing shit out gonna have my pool up tomorrow and just been workin a lot and doing my online class now so I'm staying busy oh yeah and I also fixed my cooling issue with the saturn finally and did the a/c system over so its friggen freezing in there now

Year later and progress on the car is limited, but progress with a lot more in life has been pretty good. I guess last summer I didn't really lose interest in the car just a nice realization that there are much more important things. Anyways, I'm going to friggen Puerto Rico this summer from June 6th - Aug 16th. So the car seasons gonna be lame but I'm still gonna get this stuff done so when I'm back I can have fun.
I picked up a used suspension setup out the junkyard for 90 bucks. Hotchkis front/rear sway bars, eledbrock LCA's, panhard bar, torque arm and strut tower brace. Shitty powdercoating flaked off as always so I tried sandblasting last year, fail.
This year some paint stripper and a home made pressure washer = epic win. Got some paint stripped off some parts today got a few more then its time for some gloss black rust-oleum for the suspension stuff and dull aluminum for the strut brace:

Stuff worked great, brushed this stuff on waited a few mins then blasted it off. Easy as hell! Screw my sandblaster..

mmmm rustttt
