Yikes - That does seem like it's high - I really thought they were reasonable on ours - but not so much on a bigger job?
Dawg - I'm thinking that 15 -18 is low though - I mean ours was $5k for 1600 Sq. Ft - with only a portion of that being torn out and regraded - and there's more size and options being looked at here - so I would expect some $$ but yeah the quoted amount is a bit shocking.....
