Default Computer nerds?

Well, since it's hard to follow a conversation in the chat box over longer periods of time, I figured I'd start a thread.

I put my computer hobby on hold for a couple reasons. Waiting for AMD to stabilize their new CPU platform and like Pizza said, it's eating up a LOT of the car budget. But I can still play newer games with my setup. Got about $3k into this rig. I'm kind of big into benchmarking as well.

Here's what I'm running and what I WAS getting ready to buy:

Antec 900 Case
Gigabyte GA-MA790GX-DS4H mobo
4g OCZ Reaper 1066 RAM @ 6-6-6-18
AMD PII 940 @ 3.8g (Got to 4.0, but it didn't like it)... 32*C idle/44*c Loaded
OC'd 4870 1G (Don't remember the exact clock) 28*c idle/32*c loaded
Ultra X3 1000w Mod PSU
30g OCZ SSD
500g WDC green storage HDD
ASUS optical w lightscribe

D-Tek Fusion CPU block @ 1/2"
Swiftech full GPU block @ 1/2"
Swiftech 220 Rad w/ push/pull fans
Lang DDC pump @ 1/2"
XSPC Rez and Pump top
Zalman 6sp fan controller

Dual monitors, Viewsonic 20w and Viewsonic 15" secondary.

What I was getting READY to buy:

Cosmos S case, or the 800D
Gigabyte 790FX-UD5P
AMD PII 975 (When it's released) or a PII 965 for now
OCX BE 1666 RAM (hard to find)

XSPC 320 Rad
an extra 4870 with another full cover block, or 2 X-Fire compatible waterblocks.
G14 Game pad
Yate Loon rad fans
Maybe a different resevoir setup. -the waterfalls rez's are frickin cool!
New Cold cathodes.

ok.. Pics and screen shots

Yeah, the VCore is a little high. Was fresh off a 4.0g run, or TRY..
