Thanks guys! Yeah theres plenty of room to work on cars here, the driveway is over 100ft long too.
Klab, we did the apartment route before we did this. Honestly as much as it sucks paying rent for something you wont own its a good way of really figuring out what you can and cant afford and such. Plus if youre moving in with a gf or something you learn a lot more things about them lol. My buddy skipped my advice, jumped into a house without living with the girl before, now he wants to blow his brains out some days LOL We have been together for 7 years, living together for 4, getting married next May, so I already know I can put up with her haha

Yeah I'll prob do apt first for that reason lol. If I was single I would probably just save up and look for a house.
