 Ok, so since the track day that was rained out has been re-scheduled for the 27th and the next weekend is fourth of July weekend lets see if we can make this happen the weekend of the 10th/11th. How does that sound to everyone?

 OP updated with more details and new date for this meet. Of course anyone is welcome to come for all or part of the meet as they wish, camping overnight will be optional, so if some people just want to come and hang out Saturday afternoon/evening that's fine too.
