#1: DDM tuning is where to get kits... Local is going to BE VERY Expensive!!! You WILL NOT BE disappointed by the quality ESPECIALLY for the price!!!
#2: If you are using a Standard Housing I would go 55W. The heat is really not a huge issue here, as it's not like a typical bulb so it's not nearly as hot. If you've got some sort of upgraded Projector or H4 bulbs then I'm sure 35W is plenty bright. I have a 55W DDM Slim Ballast Kit in my 98 Subaru (9007 Bulbs) and it's very nice. I run 55W FF75s for driving lights as well. I get flashed about once a month, but there's always that jackass that flashes folks because they are night blind/light sensitive..... I've also been behind cops on the highway and locally without any issue... So now worries there. EDIT: If your looking for highs don't go HID. Use 9012 HIR Bulbs. The HIRs are a standard bulb designed to be MUCH brighter, and they really work. Expensive but talk about daylight
