I guess I should get an inspection sticker before then hahaha Do they look for cats??? I have the borla adjustable with an electric cutout where the plates go so its extremely quite when its closed so the sound isnt the issue its just if they look under.

slowhawk tuned you will be fine as far as a plug in. its visual. 99 was supposed to have EG too and if inspection guy is a dick your getting a good visual and a fail. best to find a shop with a younger guy doing the stickers.

thats what i'll do its hit or miss. ya i had it tuned out for the cats last year from frost, but i took off all the air and egr's only thing might snag me is the smell this thing runs friggen rich now. anyone with a brain will know right away it has no cats if its running inside a shop when they all pass out from the exhaust hahaha

Well my Mass air has been acting up thats why i think its running rich not to mention my gas mileage is AWFUL lately, prob because of the stupid K&N,, i just got in the mail my Amsoil air filter so i'm going to clean the maf and see how it goes. The K&N's are more hastle than they are worth in my opinion.

check your O2's. I just had the same problem and thats what Don suggested changing.
