or if your lucky ur best friend works @ Town Fair Tire... and will give u the throw away tires... for 0 and the best part is usually they r not half bad... good enough to roast off

what you do is use bias ply slicks since they dont typically explode!

Funny. i read an article in hot rod Maybe 3 years ago. Old School Jack Ass just like you thought the same thing....

brought his 31"x15" slick to the plate. Sed "Real Cars Dont Need Water To Spin Em" So the guy watering the box stopped. the guy proceeded to trans brake up the car. let it rip and SHEARED all 5, 5/8" Strange Hardened wheel studs, on one axle. Guess the slicks work...... Dumbass.

Ummm that is a massive slick....and it did its job! I also wouldnt be burning 400$ rubber for a burn out contest lol

well it was a car the day earlier ran 8.5's So it made power and needed the tires. wich i could find the article. also have a Dummy runnin a late second gen. No sub frame connectors No cage. Nothing. car cam off the line and it twisted so bad you could see the door hinges. ill see if i can track it down online.
