do what ya gotta, would suck to lose the best shop in the area but greener pasturees are always good.

In the end its all in what makes you happy and is right for your future... But just remember weather wise the summers are STUPID hot lol.

This last summer was stupid hot here. So doesn't matter. Good part is little to no 30 degree days like today.

My shop would be for sale for anyone that wanted to start a shop.

do it man go where the better life is at. i mean friends and family are important maybe you have a lot of close ones up here but reavelling up the east coast isnt that bad. I would fuck this snow and fucked up roads i dont have a snowmobile anymore
