You could put it on a timer and set it to come on like an hour before you start the truck

not a bad idea if it helps at all, i know from when i have used it before it takes a long time for it to do much.

its more then coolant temp. the Ford injectors are fired from Oil pressure. and cold oil means a shitty running truck. so you have to get the oil temps up as well.
