Just open up a big area of the yard so you can pull in and turn around

Yep. Needs loads of work though since it's turned to crap in it's current state. With the roof, siding, steps, driveway, etc. it looks like it's been vacant for 20 years but the house was built in 1986. At one point, it was a beautiful house and the guy who had it built sent me some pics from when he was selling the house. The land was subdivided when the 3rd owner (who went into foreclosure) bought it.

I'd like to make it go back to like it used to look.........

Right now it has 10.36 acres. The rest of the land is up for sale. A developer that used to be a Hartford Whaler from 1974 to 1977 owns that land now but he is trying to sell it. There was a Right of First Refusal between the two properties, but I talked to him a few times and we came to an agreement on cancelling it.

I am definitely going to try to make it look like the pic.

Closing is set for Tuesday.
