Thanks don wish I posted on here when I first had the issue it tooke 4 tries lol
I just finished it up idk how it happened but all the wires must of gotten pinched because right off the PCM they were live but at the pigtail dead so I rewired it to the PCM and its back to normal I really Have no idea how it happened but its got a new sensor also now

The low voltage and loss of tach signal brings it to the wiring.
