Photoshop help please?

Ok, hoping someone is bored and can give me a quick hand here. Just want to see a quick chop of wheels on my car.

And here's another wheel I'd love to try if it's not too much trouble (I don't care if it keeps the brakes on both ends lol):



Or if anyone has any other ideas I'm open to seeing anything you'd like to try
