I have to say, it's nice to know that we've grown so much since then, but we're still small enough that we can keep things pretty personal.
The biggest thing that I hear after every trip, and makes it worth it for me to keep setting these trips up..... is that even with meeting new faces each time, everyone always comments on how we always end up with a great group of people. We're coming up on four years and still haven't had one bad apple in the crowd. It only takes one idiot to ruin a good thing. We always want this thing to keep growing, but not at the expense of losing quality individuals. Thanks for posting DAWG!
