amd if you bypass the DRL module if you just jumper the turns to the brake/turn outside bulb wire the front markers light up wen you hit the brakes.......

ok so found a passenger side tail light at the junkyard i went to yesterday. they had shit for 4th gen f-bodies there, a total of 3, and one 82-92 firebird. all 4 of them were cannibalized pretty bad. so i snagged the one decent light. checked fitment on the car and it looks sexy! cleaned up the sockets a bit to accept the newer style bulb socket. here's a few pics of it:

I would wire them as the LT1 because the way LT1 tails light up really makes it. I hate LS tails!

Yeah, going to put some work into it and do it the right way so they light up as the lt1's should. Probably just going to stuff them in there for now until I can get the extra time to do it.

Yeah thanks man. Got to get the other light from the guy off ebay. Depending on how it looks, he said cosmetically light is great but for $25 shipped, we'll see. Might be getting in touch with ya when it gets here.

make sure its not separating across the top near the hatch. they do it alot and leak and blow bulbs like crazy! good luck!

i just modified the holes with a dremel and plugged em in..i like the way they light up with the ls1 harness but thats just me lol
